Every Leader deployment moves the total
Supercell's Boom Together announcement says each Leader you deploy during the event counts toward the community total. It runs alongside Blitz, the Boom Beach event that arrived on October 2. The September update introducing Blitz came first. The October 1 post explains the reward campaign, in which player deployments add to shared milestones.
The participation period ends October 9. That is the last date for adding deployments to the community total, not the last day for collecting rewards. If a milestone unlocks, Supercell says eligible players can claim the reward for free from the store's Events tab through October 11. Headquarters level 7 is the minimum to unlock rewards.
Supercell says the in-game carousel shows live progress and that its blog will be updated as milestones unlock. That count can change during the event, so check the game's carousel for the current total before deciding which rewards are already available. The published threshold list explains what the community can earn, but it does not mean every tier is already unlocked.
The reward ladder, from five million to 25 million
The community has five listed milestones. At five million Leader deployments, the reward is one Key Card. Ten million unlocks five Field Manuals. At 15 million, players can claim five Key Cards; 20 million brings ten Field Manuals; and the top goal of 25 million awards 15 Key Cards.
The milestones are community-wide: every Leader deployment contributes to the shared total. Supercell's post does not set a personal contribution quota. Make deployments before October 9, then meet the Headquarters level threshold when claiming.
The event post names Key Cards and Field Manuals but does not explain their item effects. Check the in-game reward details before claiming if you want to know how either item fits your account.
Claim anything unlocked before October 11
Open the shop in Boom Beach and select its Events tab to collect rewards that the community has unlocked. Do this before October 11. A deployment after October 9 will not add to the event total, even though the claim window stays open for two more days.
If you are below Headquarters level 7, the official rules say you cannot unlock these rewards yet. Players close to that level should check their progress in game, but the event post does not promise that there will be time to reach HQ7 before the claim deadline. Do not assume that seeing a milestone on the community tracker means your account meets the claim requirement.
The October 1 announcement does not name a required Leader or attack strategy. It says every Leader deployment counts, so use whichever Leader fits your normal play.
Do not confuse the two event dates
The October 9 deadline closes the contribution period. October 11 closes the reward claim period. Both dates matter: making more deployments after the first cutoff will not increase the shared total, and waiting past the second means unlocked rewards can no longer be claimed through this event.
The official post does not give a time zone or closing hour for either date. It is safest to finish deployments and collect unlocked rewards before the final day rather than depend on a particular local-time cutoff.
