Clash Royale's King vs. King season puts competitive play and deck building in the spotlight. Supercell has announced Giant and Mirror Evolutions, a week of daily puzzles and a Royal Market where players can exchange Crown Tokens for items and cosmetics. The official season notes also outline the November 6 to 8 World Finals and a new competitive feature that will be revealed there.

The season's individual activities have different start dates. Puzzles run November 2 to 8, while the King of Cards event and Royal Market begin November 9. Supercell does not give a single exact season-start timestamp in those notes, so use the in-game schedule for your region when an activity becomes available.

What Giant and Mirror Evolutions do

Giant Evolution still targets buildings. After taking enough damage, he becomes enraged and leaves a Rage trail that boosts troops following him. His attacks make the trail larger, so keeping supporting units near the path can make the effect useful during a push. Supercell's written notes do not specify the health threshold or exact Rage values.

Giant Evolution can be unlocked through Pass Royale or with Wild Shards. The notes do not describe the pass route as a free reward, so check the in-game pass tier before assuming it costs nothing. Wild Shards are the other stated path, subject to having enough of them available.

Evolved Mirror copies the last card you played at one additional level. If that card has an Evolution, the copy can be evolved even when that Evolution is not in an Evolution slot or in your collection. If the card has no Evolution, the result follows the regular Mirror effect: the same card one level higher. The Mirror Evolution is due in the shop from the second week of the season, with Wild Shards listed as another unlock route.

Supercell's TV Royale video demonstrates the two cards. Treat gameplay shown in a preview as an illustration of the announced mechanics; the live card descriptions remain the place to check final values.

Crown Tokens and the Royal Market

From November 9 to December 7, King of Cards rotates sets of boosted win conditions. These are cards a deck uses to deal reliable tower damage, such as Hog Rider or Mortar. Giant and Mirror remain boosted for the full season according to the notes, while the other groups change each week.

Weekly challenges run alongside the event. Quick Wit is scheduled November 16 to 23, Beatdown November 23 to 30, and Siege & Chip November 30 to December 7. Supercell says the event and challenges award Crown Tokens and other rewards. The announcement does not give a complete token payout for each task, so wait for the in-game milestones before planning around an exact total.

The Royal Market also runs November 9 to December 7. Tokens come from events and the shop, and can be exchanged for items and cosmetics. The most coveted items unlock after a player spends 3,000 Crown Tokens. That is an amount spent, rather than a statement that every individual item costs 3,000.

Daily puzzles and the Deck Wizard

From November 2 through 8, a different puzzle appears each day. Each has a fixed opponent sequence and a deck of one to four cards. Your cards can each be played once, so a failed attempt gives you a chance to reconsider placement and timing without the scenario changing on the next try.

Supercell describes the first puzzle set as a skill challenge without rewards. Another set is planned later in the season, although its dates are not in the written notes. For Crown Tokens, check King of Cards and its challenges.

Deck Wizard replaces the Magic Wand and is intended to build a deck from scratch or around chosen cards. In Duel Decks it considers collection cards that have not been used in the other decks. It begins a test rollout in the second week on the Trophy Road deck-building tab, so not everyone will see it immediately.

World Finals and the end of Shocktober

The World Finals run November 6 to 8 in Shanghai, with 16 players in a double-elimination bracket. Matches start at 03:00 UTC each day. Supercell says viewers can follow matches, interact and claim rewards through its event platform; the notes do not list the exact rewards. A new competitive feature will be revealed during the finals, but its rules and launch date are still undisclosed.

Before turning to November, the Shocktober notes list the current album and 20-Win Challenge through November 2. The Shocktober album guide explains the existing Electro Giant Evolution reward. The album reward is Electro Giant Evolution. The newly announced card is Giant Evolution, so check which one your album or pass refers to.
