The September 2026 Humble Choice bundle ended on October 6 at 10:00 PT (17:00 UTC). September included eight Steam games for the $14.99 monthly fee (EUR 12.99 on Humble's European page). What is in the September lineup
Humble's September page lists Frostpunk 2, Sonic X Shadow Generations, Voidtrain, Ballionaire, Guntouchables, Urban Jungle, Pocket Mirror ~ GoldenerTraum and Keylocker: Turn Based Cyberpunk Action. Each is a Steam key. Humble also lists one month of IGN Plus, which is not available to active IGN Plus subscribers, needs a credit card on file and renews at the monthly rate after the first 30 days unless you cancel. The IGN Plus key expires at the same moment as the lineup.
Frostpunk 2 is 11 bit studios' city-builder sequel, where you play the Steward of a city holding together 30 years after the catastrophe. Sonic X Shadow Generations is Sega's collection of classic Sonic adventures plus a new Shadow campaign. Voidtrain has you build and upgrade a locomotive that crosses floating islands as a trapped engineer.
The rest are smaller. Ballionaire is a pachinko-style physics roguelike, Guntouchables is a one to four player co-op roguelike shoot-'em-up, Urban Jungle is a cozy puzzle game about decorating a home with plants, Pocket Mirror is an RPG Maker gothic horror game, and Keylocker is a turn-based rhythm JRPG set in a future where music is banned.
Humble also listed an Eldritch Escape playtest as an Extra. It ran from September 8 to September 29, 2026 and does not include the full game, so it is already over.
Is it worth $14.99
Steam's US store lists Frostpunk 2 at $44.99 and Sonic X Shadow Generations at $49.99, which is $94.98 for the pair. Steam discounted both on October 3, to $20.24 (55% off) and $14.99 (70% off), so the pair cost $35.23 that day. That is still more than twice the monthly fee, and you would still lack the other six games. Sale prices change daily, so check Steam again before you decide. Sonic's sale price already equals the whole Humble fee, so Frostpunk 2 is the stronger reason to subscribe.

Region limits and key expiry
Humble splits keys by region, so the number that matters is the one for your country. The Frostpunk 2 key is blocked in 77 countries and territories, a list that includes Brazil, India, Mexico, Turkey and South Africa, and the Ballionaire key is blocked in 54. The Sonic X Shadow Generations key shown to European visitors is an EU-region key valid in 56 European countries and territories, the UK among them. Humble's membership page also says some exclusions apply, so check your own country on the lineup page before you pay.
Keys must be redeemed on Steam by April 6, 2027 at 10:00 PT (17:00 UTC). A key you claim in the September window stays on your Steam account for good, but an unclaimed one disappears on that date. Steam keys have their own steps, covered in our guide to redeeming game codes safely.
What Humble Choice is, month to month
Humble's membership page describes the plan as a monthly mix of PC games, with an annual plan that works out below $13 per month and the option to skip a month or cancel at any time. Members also get up to 20% off in Humble's store and access to the Vault, and Humble says 5% of the membership supports charity. A monthly plan bills again unless you skip or cancel, so if you only want September's games, set a reminder after you redeem them.
The timing is regular. The September page went live on Tuesday, September 1 at 10:00 PT (17:00 UTC), and the lineup changes at the same hour on the first Tuesday of the month.
