This is a one-off game bundle. It is separate from October Humble Choice, which has its own lineup and membership terms. Paying for one does not imply that you have bought the other. If you came looking for this month's subscription games, check which product is in your basket.
There is also a difference between choosing the minimum tier and accepting a suggested contribution. Check which games appear in the selected tier before completing a purchase. If you want one particular title, make sure its name is visible in that selection; the bundle's broad Halloween theme does not tell you which tier contains it.
Choose between co-op horror and a solo story
DEVOUR's Steam listing describes a horror survival game for one to four players. You and your friends try to stop possessed cultists, with the option to play alone. Before making it your group purchase, ask who actually wants to play and whether each person has access to the game.
The Medium is a single-player psychological horror game about Marianne and an abandoned resort. Its puzzles use the physical world and a spirit realm. If you want a story to play alone, inspect its trailer and store description before choosing the larger tier.
Observer: System Redux is another entry-tier option. Its developer maintains an official media page, including the launch trailer below. Watching a publisher trailer is a quick way to judge the setting and tone before buying a horror game. It cannot tell you whether your own machine will run it well, so follow that with the store requirements.
Check the local price and your existing copies
The euro minimums above describe the German storefront on the date shown, not a guaranteed worldwide conversion. Use your own checkout total when comparing the bundle with individual purchases. Taxes, currency and local availability can affect what you see. A dollar figure repeated in an outlet's headline should not override the price in your selected region.
Count the games you would actually play. Someone who already owns the entry tier gets a different value from the full bundle than someone starting with an empty library. You do not need to assign a value to every included game simply because it increases the bundle's advertised total.
Read the platform requirements for each title you plan to install. A bundle of Steam keys does not make every included game compatible with the same operating system or handheld. The Medium's store page, for example, has separate Windows and macOS requirements. Check the version relevant to your device, and treat a trailer as a preview rather than a performance test.
Redeem the keys before their separate deadline
Humble's bundle text says to redeem and activate the keys on Steam before May 4, 2027. That is a key deadline, separate from the period in which the bundle is sold. If you leave the keys untouched for months, it is easy to forget that second date.
