The notes also name other rewards: Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War inspired costumes and matching bundle content for characters including Black Panther and Doctor Strange. The announcement does not say whether those are free or part of a paid bundle, so read the in-game price before assuming they come at no cost.

The first is a screening of clips from Avengers: Infinity War. Watch it continuously for two minutes to unlock the Gallery Card - Avengers: Infinity War. The second is a set of photo walls outside the Avengers' Gift Shop. Take a group photo with the NPCs there to earn the Spray - Avengers Emblem and 100 Units. The notes say that reward is instant.
Both rewards close on October 22, well before the costume's window ends. Both require visiting the Times Square area in game, as the notes describe. A practical order is to claim the Times Square items first, because they close earliest, and then work through the costume quests at your own pace until December 10.
