Travel Town's Loyalty Club is a free rewards programme for players at Level 35 and above. It includes daily gifts and missions that earn Loyalty points, with better benefits as you move through its tiers. Availability is still rolling out, so reaching the level requirement does not guarantee that the club appears immediately.
AT A GLANCE
- Who can join? Level 35+, with access still rolling out
- A daily extra A free gift, with the next one previewed after collection
- Easy to miss Finished missions need a separate Collect tap
- One-time bonus Adding the official home screen shortcut can earn a gift
Find the club and check your account
Start from Travel Town's game menu, or follow the Loyalty Club button in the official help centre. The access instructions say the club connects to the Facebook account associated with your game progress. If it asks you to sign in, check that you are using that account before proceeding. A familiar browser session can still belong to a different Facebook profile.
The rollout qualification matters when the button is missing. The club overview gives Level 35 as the requirement and directs eligible players who cannot find it to support. The access article also says availability is gradual. If you have reached that level, use the game's support route to ask about your profile rather than assuming you need to buy something to unlock it.
You can find our current game information on the Travel Town rewards page. The Loyalty Club is another place to check during a normal session; it does not require searching for a new promotional link each day.

Look for the gift icon. According to the daily bonus help page, a Collect prompt means that the reward is ready. After you claim it, the interface previews the next gift and shows the countdown until it becomes available. Use that timer to plan your next visit instead of relying on a reset hour quoted by another player.
Missing a day does not permanently remove you from the programme. The next login offers a fresh daily bonus. You can resume collecting when you return. The help page does not promise an identical gift on every account, so check the reward displayed in your own game.
Finish missions, then claim their points
Daily Loyalty missions appear on the club's home screen and refresh every 24 hours. There are three new missions each day. The mission rules say completed rewards are not collected automatically: you must press Collect before the timer ends. Unfinished missions and unclaimed points do not carry into the next day.
Check the mission panel before you close the game. A completed task can still have a collection step waiting, and leaving it there until the next session risks missing the countdown. Before spending resources on a task, check its remaining objective and timer against the time you have to play.
The tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Higher tiers improve the club's benefits, including point boosts and daily gift bonuses. Missions contribute points towards that progress. Follow your current tier display for the requirements, rather than treating another player's progress as the amount your account needs.
Add the shortcut and collect its bonus
The official shortcut guide recommends Chrome on Android and Safari on iOS. On Android, use the club's Add banner or the browser menu's add option, then confirm the prompt. On iPhone, use Safari's Share menu and Add to Home Screen. This creates a shortcut to the club.
Open the club from the new icon, return to Travel Town and tap Collect for the gift. If it is missing, the instructions recommend closing and reopening the game. The bonus is limited to one per player, even if you add more shortcuts or the Add banner returns after clearing browser data.
